About the Role
This position is contingent upon contract award. We are seeking an experienced Vision Reviewing Physician Consultant to serve as a trusted clinical expert within a high-impact federal hiring and medical suitability program. In this critical role, you will apply your advanced optometric training and deep knowledge of forensic law enforcement and/or military screening standards to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of vision-related medical determinations.
As a senior clinical consultant, you will conduct independent vision consultations, review complex medical documentation, and produce authoritative written assessments that help shape hiring eligibility for mission-driven federal roles. You will also provide mentorship and clinical guidance to peer clinicians, support quality assurance initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, policies, and program outcomes. Requirements
