As a Big O Alignment Technician at MFA Petroleum Company, you will serve as a vital link in delivering accurate and timely mechanical services to our customers. This role is designed to ensure the smooth operation of our service bays while upholding the high standards of safety and quality that define our brand.
In this position, you will perform essential brake, front-end, and alignment maintenance, diagnosing and repairing vehicles with precision. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the flow of customer service assignments to maximize productivity and ensuring that Big O's Extra Care Services are consistently extended to every client. You will work closely with store management to meet service, sales, and productivity goals, while also assisting in the training and coaching of new team members.
Beyond technical repairs, you will play a key role in the customer experience by accurately communicating vehicle issues and repair details to counter personnel for invoicing. You will also participate in weekly store meetings to stay updated on safety protocols, company policies, and product changes. Whether operating customer vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions or managing inventory adjustments, your focus will be on maintaining an orderly, efficient, and safe shop environment.
