About the Role
As a Big O Alignment Technician at MFA Petroleum Company, you will serve as a vital link in delivering accurate and timely mechanical services to our customers. This role is designed to ensure the smooth operation of our service bays while upholding the high standards of safety and quality that define our brand. You will be responsible for performing brake, front-end, and alignment maintenance, as well as diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles with precision.
Your day-to-day involves more than just mechanical work; you will manage the orderly flow of customer service assignments to maximize productivity. From safely operating vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions to assisting with the orientation and training of new team members, you will play an active role in the store's success. You will also collaborate with management to meet service quotas, ensure the consistent execution of vehicle inspection programs, and utilize company programs to drive profitability.

Requirements
