Beyond the office, you will be on the floor ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining store cleanliness, and resolving customer concerns with professionalism. Whether you are mentoring direct reports, managing schedules, or ensuring safety standards are met, your goal is to create an environment where both the business and the team can grow.

Requirements
