Full-Time Assistant Manager

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI, you will step into a pivotal leadership position designed to drive store performance and foster team growth. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role is about more than just supervision; it is about developing your team, identifying training opportunities, and creating a culture of teamwork and membership among employees.

You will be the bridge between company strategy and store execution, communicating core values to your team and modeling the behaviors that define our organization. From managing schedules and budgets to resolving operational customer concerns, you will ensure that every aspect of the store—from inventory levels to product freshness—meets our high standards. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of strategic planning, hands-on merchandising, and direct team leadership, all aimed at maintaining ALDI's competitive position in the community.

Hiring Process & Application

Training for this position will take place at a nearby location prior to the store opening. We are looking for individuals who can work both independently and within a team environment to lead others in providing prompt and courteous service.
