We are seeking an Alaska Workstream Product Owner to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth experience in federal contracting while supporting high-visibility aviation programs. As the primary liaison between FAA stakeholders, engineering teams, and program leadership, you will ensure that requirements unique to Alaska's operational environment are effectively translated into deliverables.
In this role, you will define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned to Alaska's operational needs. You will collaborate with FAA leaders, local operators, and technical experts to define priorities and ensure alignment with mission objectives, supporting the deployment of infrastructure, communications, surveillance, and navigation solutions specific to the region. Direct FAA or NAS configuration management experience. Experience with FAA acquisition processes, AMS standards, and safety frameworks. Degree in Systems Engineering, Aviation Management, or Business Administration. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe POPM, or PMP. Experience supporting FAA NextGen or Alaska aviation modernization initiatives. Background in communications, surveillance, or navigation systems relevant to Alaska operations. Familiarity with international aviation standards (ICAO, ITU-T). Experience working directly with regional operators, airports, or state aviation authorities.
