About the Role
As an Aisles Online Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking for the fulfillment and delivery of the store's online shopping website. This role is critical to maintaining a seamless order fulfillment process and managing the scheduling of personal shoppers and delivery drivers.
In this fast-paced retail environment, you will ensure smooth operations by continually monitoring incoming online orders for prompt, on-time fulfillment. You will serve as a leader for department employees, responsible for training new hires, assigning work, and addressing employee needs. Your day will involve balancing technical oversight with high-touch customer service, ensuring that every interaction—from greeting customers to resolving issues—reflects the Hy-Vee commitment to quality and satisfaction.
