With decades of experience and operations at more than 30 major airports—including Chicago, Dallas, Newark, and more—Prospect Airport Services is a trusted leader in aviation support. Our team of over 11,000 dedicated associates delivers essential services such as baggage handling, wheelchair assistance, lost and found, and aircraft cleaning. We are committed to excellence, safety, and integrity in everything we do, providing reliable, high-quality service to our airline partners and the traveling public every day.
We are seeking individuals to join our growing team who are passionate, have integrity, and possess empathy for how their words and decisions affect our employees, customers, and partners. As an Airport Wheelchair Agent, you will be the vital link ensuring a professional and compassionate customer experience for passengers requiring assistance at all stages between the curb side and the aircraft.
Your day will involve guiding passengers through the airport environment, assisting with baggage handling, and physically supporting travelers as they navigate stairs or board aircraft. Beyond the physical tasks, you will be responsible for gathering and maintaining wheelchair equipment and adhering strictly to safety procedures. You will work in a dynamic environment that includes rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays, often operating in outdoor weather conditions ranging from severe seasonal elements to daily airport bustle.
Prospect is committed to equal opportunity employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or veteran status.
