About the Role
As an Airport Passenger Service Agent, you will be the vital link between the curb and the aircraft, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for passengers requiring assistance. Your day will involve pushing wheelchairs, assisting with baggage handling, and physically supporting passengers as they navigate stairs and board or deplane aircraft. Beyond the physical tasks, you will serve as a representative of our commitment to safety and care, gathering wheelchairs from the concourse and adhering strictly to all operational and security standards.
This role is dynamic and requires adaptability, as you will work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, often in outdoor weather conditions ranging from severe seasonal elements to daily airport bustle.
