As an Airport Customer Service Agent Supervisor, you will lead a team of agents while providing comprehensive customer service to passengers for all aspects of arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, and baggage services. You will be the face of Unifi, guiding passengers through a friendly welcome and ensuring a smooth journey from arrival to departure.
In this role, you will handle complex queries and complaints, direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine, and assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs and gate-checked bags are properly loaded and delivered. You will also push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport, ensuring accessibility and care for those with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and VIP passengers.
Beyond customer interaction, you will monitor and enforce safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies, and all applicable laws. You are expected to promote and adhere to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment, and Equal Employment Opportunity, reporting any safety or security incidents immediately in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
