As an Airport Customer Service Agent Supervisor, you will lead a team of agents while providing direct customer service to passengers for all aspects of arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, and baggage services. You will be the face of Unifi, ensuring a friendly welcome for passengers through the arrival and check-in process, including specialized support for unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and those requiring wheelchair assistance.
In this role, you will handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in operations, resolve complaints, and direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine. You will also coordinate with ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are properly loaded and delivered. Your day will involve monitoring and enforcing safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies, while promoting a culture of safety and equal opportunity.
