We offer a dynamic work environment designed for those who love to fly and are looking to build significant flight hours. The weather and terrain of the Pacific Northwest provide the perfect setting to hone your skills, while our large, diverse fleet of ADSB-equipped aircraft allows you to experience a variety of planes.
As an Airplane Flight Instructor, you will partner with students to guide them through their training journey. You will perform flight instructor duties authorized by Federal Aviation Regulations, ensuring compliance with our Safety Management System and company SOPs. Your day will involve maintaining satisfactory student progress, communicating delays to supervisors, and accurately keeping all training records. Beyond the cockpit, you will apply effective teaching and evaluation techniques, communicate with potential students, and participate in weekly administrative and standardization meetings. You will also assist with operational tasks such as fueling aircraft and driving company vehicles as needed.
We offer incentives that set us apart from other flight training schools, including company-paid ForeFlight Premium, free simulator time, and discounted aircraft rentals. Our onsite FAA-certified maintenance and avionics staff support flight operations, and we utilize the Spidertracks aircraft tracking system for enhanced safety. This role offers the opportunity to gain actual IMC time, access airline pilot pathways, and pursue growth opportunities within the company.
