About the Role
Sodexo's Airline Lounge Segment is seeking a seasoned Executive Chef to join the elite team operating the Polish Airlines Lounge at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, IL. This is a hands-on leadership role dedicated to creating and delivering a culinary-driven, upscale experience within a thoughtfully designed travel oasis.
The ideal candidate will bring an eclectic menu knowledge and a strong background in high-volume catering and events execution. You will be responsible for managing upscale food production, ensuring menu compliance, and driving culinary innovations that motivate your team. This position requires a deep commitment to maintaining the highest culinary standards while navigating the unique challenges of a high-volume airport environment.
