About the Role
This position serves as a critical A&P Technician responsible for the repair, troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance of customer aircraft. You will perform complex aircraft inspections, repairs, and modifications with minimal supervision, ensuring all work is documented per appropriate manuals and regulations. The role requires maintaining the airworthiness of company aircraft and ensuring the continued availability of assets.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include working with a team to conduct preflight and post-flight inspections on B747 aircraft, refueling, repositioning aircraft, and repairing any systems written up during flight. You will also perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, engines, accessories, and functions, while maintaining currency with manufacturer procedures. In addition to technical duties, you may be asked to lead other aircraft technicians, assign duties to cleaners, and assume supervisor responsibilities when required.
Hiring Process & Requirements
To obtain an airport security badge, candidates must be able to pass a 10-year federal background check. Recent Corporate Cessna Citation Bombardier experience is considered a major plus.
