About the Role
As an A&P Technician, you will be a vital part of our client's operations, repairing, troubleshooting, inspecting, and maintaining customer aircraft. This role exists to ensure the continued airworthiness and availability of company aircraft, ranging from B747s to various systems and components.
In this position, you will perform complex aircraft inspections, repairs, and modifications with minimal supervision. Your day-to-day involves working with the team to conduct preflight and post-flight inspections, refueling, repositioning aircraft, and repairing any systems written up during flight. You will also be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, engines, and accessories, while ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and specifications.
Beyond technical maintenance, you may be asked to lead other aircraft technicians, assign duties to cleaners, and assume supervisor duties when necessary. You will also accompany company aircraft to overhaul or repair facilities and perform major alterations and refurbishments. All work will be documented per appropriate manuals and regulations, with a focus on timely and accurate work order sign-offs and record filing.
