About the Role
We are seeking a driven, detail-obsessed Lead Aircraft Cleaner to join our growing ground operations team at Akron-Canton Regional Airport. This is not your average cleaning role. As a Lead Aircraft Appearance Specialist, you are an integral part of the aviation maintenance organization, responsible for the cleaning, organizing, and presentation of aircraft interiors and exteriors to an uncompromising standard.
You will be the reason passengers step onto a spotless aircraft and the reason operators trust us with their fleet. In this lead capacity, you will model professional conduct and work standards, ensuring shift objectives are met with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Your day will involve executing RON (Remain Overnight) cabin reset operations, coordinating with FBO ground personnel and airline operations teams to meet tight turnaround windows, and conducting cabin inspections to identify any damage or maintenance concerns.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be eligible to obtain a SIDA badge, which requires a TSA background check. Authorization to work in the United States is required.
