This role sits within the Technology and Consulting Services (TCS) division, where you will collaborate with Government and contractor teams across development, integration, and readiness environments. The team operates in Agile program increment (PI) planning cycles and values periodic travel to support operational needs.

About the Role

This position is contingent upon contract award and position availability. Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment, which will become final only upon successful contract award to Maximus, availability of the position, and receipt of authorization to proceed.

As a key contributor to AI/ML initiatives, you will design, develop, and integrate models that support Government operational systems. Your work will bridge the gap between advanced machine learning concepts and secure, operational software architectures. You will be responsible for structuring data for machine learning pipelines, implementing model monitoring, and ensuring the traceability and reproducibility of AI artifacts. The role requires integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications using APIs and microservices while supporting DevSecOps activities, including CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment.

This is a remote position that requires an active Secret security clearance. You will ensure all solutions comply with DoD cybersecurity, RMF, data protection, and Responsible AI policies while supporting system accreditation, documentation, and testing activities.
