This position is contingent upon contract award and position availability. Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment, which will become final only upon successful contract award to Maximus, availability of the position, and receipt of authorization to proceed.
As a key contributor to the team, you will design, develop, and integrate AI/ML models supporting Government operational systems. You will work within a remote capacity, requiring an active Secret security clearance. Your work involves preparing data for machine learning pipelines, implementing model monitoring, and integrating AI capabilities into software applications using APIs and microservices. You will collaborate with Government and contractor teams across development, integration, and readiness environments, participating in Agile program increment planning activities that may require periodic travel.

Experience using Agile Test-Driven Development. Experience integrating into DoD DevSecOps environments. 5 years of experience with CI/CD software development. Experience supporting RMF accreditation and security assessment activities. Experience with model monitoring, explainability, and Responsible AI practices. Experience integrating AI/ML services into operational dashboards or decision support platforms.
