Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePrepare and structure data for machine learning pipelines, feature engineering, and model lifecycle management
- check_circleImplement model monitoring, performance validation, traceability, and reproducibility of AI artifacts
- check_circleIntegrate AI/ML capabilities into software applications and system architectures using APIs and microservices
- check_circleSupport DevSecOps activities including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure deployment
- check_circleEnsure solutions comply with DoD cybersecurity, RMF, data protection, and Responsible AI policies
- check_circleSupport system accreditation, documentation, testing, and evaluation activities
- check_circleCollaborate with Government and contractor teams across development, integration, and readiness environments
- check_circleDesign, develop, train, evaluate, and integrate AI/ML models for government operational systems
Requirements
- verifiedActive Secret security clearance required
- verifiedBachelor's degree in related field required
- verified5 years of experience in the functional area
- verified3 years of experience designing, developing, training, and evaluating machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- verified3 years of experience with Python, SQL, Java, or C++
- verified3 years of experience with machine learning concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning
- verified3 years of experience testing web-based applications
- verified3 years of experience participating in software development programs
- verified5 years of experience with Jenkins and GitLab
- verifiedExperience with relational databases, RESTful API development, and system integrations
Nice to Have
Experience using Agile Test-Driven Development. Experience integrating into DoD DevSecOps environments. 5 years of experience with CI/CD software development. Experience supporting RMF accreditation and security assessment activities. Experience with model monitoring, explainability, and Responsible AI practices. Experience integrating AI/ML services into operational dashboards or decision support platforms.
