This role is part of the Technology and Consulting Services (TCS) group, where you will collaborate with Government and contractor teams across development, integration, and readiness environments. The position supports the integration of AI/ML capabilities into software applications and system architectures, ensuring solutions comply with DoD cybersecurity, RMF, data protection, and Responsible AI policies.
This position is remote and requires an active Secret security clearance. The role is contingent upon contract award and position availability; selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment, which will become final only upon successful contract award to Maximus, availability of the position, and receipt of authorization to proceed.
In this capacity, you will design, develop, and integrate AI/ML models supporting Government operational systems. You will prepare and structure data for machine learning pipelines, implement model monitoring and performance validation, and support DevSecOps activities including CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment. The role involves participating in Agile program increment planning and may require periodic travel.

Experience using Agile Test-Driven Development. Experience integrating into DoD DevSecOps environments. 5 years of experience with CI/CD software development. Experience supporting RMF accreditation and security assessment activities. Experience with model monitoring, explainability, and Responsible AI practices. Experience integrating AI/ML services into operational dashboards or decision support platforms.
