This position is contingent upon a contract award and position availability. Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment, which becomes final only upon successful contract award, position availability, and receipt of necessary authorization. The role is remote but requires an active Secret security clearance.
You will contribute to meaningful work by designing, developing, and integrating AI/ML models that support Government operational systems. Your work will involve preparing data for machine learning pipelines, implementing model monitoring, and ensuring solutions comply with DoD cybersecurity and Responsible AI policies. You will collaborate with Government and contractor teams across development and readiness environments, participating in Agile program increment planning and supporting DevSecOps activities.

Experience using Agile Test-Driven Development. Experience integrating into DoD DevSecOps environments. 5 years of experience with CI/CD software development. Experience supporting RMF accreditation and security assessment activities. Experience with model monitoring, explainability, and Responsible AI practices. Experience integrating AI/ML services into operational dashboards or decision support platforms.

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field required; Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
