This role sits within the Technology and Consulting Services (TCS) division, where you will collaborate with Government and contractor teams across development, integration, and readiness environments. The position is contingent upon contract award and position availability; selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment, which will become final only upon successful contract award, availability of the position, and receipt of authorization to proceed.
This position is remote and requires an active Secret security clearance. You will serve as a key contributor to the design, development, and integration of AI/ML models and algorithms supporting Government operational systems. Your work will bridge the gap between advanced machine learning concepts and secure, operational software architectures.
In this role, you will prepare and structure data for machine learning pipelines, manage feature engineering, and oversee the model lifecycle. You will implement model monitoring, performance validation, and ensure the traceability and reproducibility of AI artifacts. A significant portion of your time will be spent integrating AI/ML capabilities into software applications and system architectures using APIs and microservices, while supporting DevSecOps activities including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure deployment.
You will ensure all solutions comply with DoD cybersecurity, RMF, data protection, and Responsible AI policies. The role involves supporting system accreditation, documentation, testing, and evaluation activities, as well as participating in Agile program increment (PI) planning and activities that may require periodic travel.

Experience using Agile Test-Driven Development. Experience integrating into DoD DevSecOps environments. 5 years of experience with CI/CD software development. Experience supporting RMF accreditation and security assessment activities. Experience with model monitoring, explainability, and Responsible AI practices. Experience integrating AI/ML services into operational dashboards or decision support platforms.
