This role sits within the Technology and Consulting Services (TCS) division, where the team integrates advanced AI/ML capabilities into government operational systems. The work is vital for ensuring operational readiness and supporting DoD cybersecurity and Responsible AI policies.
About the Role
This position is remote and requires an active Secret security clearance. The role is contingent upon a contract award and position availability; selected candidates will receive a contingent offer that becomes final only upon successful contract award, position availability, and receipt of authorization to proceed.
In this capacity, you will partner with Government and contractor teams across development, integration, and readiness environments. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI/ML models, from designing and training to evaluating and integrating them into software applications using APIs and microservices. Your day-to-day will involve preparing data for machine learning pipelines, implementing model monitoring for performance validation, and supporting DevSecOps activities including CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment.
You will also participate in Agile program increment (PI) planning and activities, which may require periodic travel. The work demands a strong commitment to compliance with DoD cybersecurity, RMF, data protection, and Responsible AI policies while ensuring solutions are reproducible and traceable.
