About the Role

Reporting to the AGS Business Development Segment Head, this strategic leadership role is dedicated to directing the establishment of vision and strategies to achieve Applied Materials AGS financial goals for key segments including Logic, Memory, ICAPS, and Packaging. You will serve as the primary architect for segment strategy, ensuring specific service market share and margin targets are met in close alignment with Business Development regions and Headquarters stakeholders.

In this position, you will empower teams to push the boundaries of what is possible while learning every day in a supportive, leading global company. You will act as a trusted partner and go-to decision-maker within the region, driving critical business activities through data-driven choices under high-pressure environments. Your day-to-day involves navigating complex Fab operations, translating multi-dimensional market requirements into engineering specifications, and building strong interpersonal relationships across the organization to connect upwards, downwards, and sideways.
