The Agency Services Phone Support Representative serves as a vital bridge between the Farm Bureau home office and independent contractor insurance agents. This role is designed to prepare the Field Force for success by delivering comprehensive, prompt, and professional customer service. You will act as the primary point of contact for agents and customers, taking ownership of incoming calls to resolve policy issues, process transactions, and provide critical information needed to quote, sell, and service clients.
In this position, you will not only answer questions regarding billing, insurance coverages, and member benefits but also actively identify opportunities to cross-sell services. As a trusted resource, you will maintain deep knowledge of Farm Bureau systems and procedures, ensuring that both field agents and home office team members have the accurate data they need to operate efficiently. The role also involves proactively researching and resolving complex issues through daily document listings and activity reports, while staying current on all program changes to streamline policy handling.
