You will join the Property/Casualty (P/C) Customer Service Team at the Farm Bureau Center in Lansing, Michigan. This team is dedicated to providing exemplary customer experiences to policyholders, over 400 agents, and their field office staff. The group serves as a vital link between the company and its members, ensuring prompt and professional support across all personal and commercial lines of business.
As an Associate P/C Customer Service Specialist, your primary mission is to preserve and enhance the customer service relationship. You will address policy and billing-related questions and concerns from both internal and external customers via telephone, email, and website. Your day-to-day involves resolving problems accurately while adhering to department standards and metrics to ensure high-quality service. You will develop an intermediate understanding of company core values, industry regulations, and the relationships between the company, customers, and affiliated entities.
Qualified applicants will be considered for two available openings. The selection process focuses on identifying candidates who demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies and possess strong communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft suite of applications, including but not limited to OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. One year of contact center or professional office experience. Bilingual skills. Designations in AINS, ACS, or AIS.
