About the Role

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth experience from arrival to departure. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly, assist with luggage delivery and storage, and serve as a knowledgeable guide by providing directions, information about facility amenities, and local area insights. This position requires maintaining a professional demeanor, greeting guests warmly, and handling vehicle transactions with accuracy and care.

Hiring Process

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $10 per hour, plus $12-$16 per hour in tips. The work schedule requires afternoon and evening availability, with shifts ranging from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, or 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, depending on business volumes discussed during the interview.
