Mentoring Alliance exists to mobilize godly people into the lives of kids and families, providing tangible help and eternal hope. Our team is comprised of teachers, youth workers, teen workers, college students, and mentors who serve and develop children in our programs. As a Christian ministry, we are dedicated to serving students in our community by offering exceptional after-school care and enrichment activities.
The Afternoon Child Care Worker is a vital part of our mission, serving first and foremost as a Minister of the Gospel. This non-exempt, part-time position (averaging 17-20 hours per week) focuses on fostering youth development in an after-school setting by leading elementary students in enrichment activities.
We are seeking ministry-minded individuals devoted to excellence and wholeheartedness. In this role, you will have the opportunity to have an eternal impact and be a role model to children in your community. You will work Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year, helping kids reach their full potential.

To apply, candidates must be at least 17 years of age and legally allowed to work in the United States. The process includes a mandatory background and sex offender check. Additionally, successful candidates must be able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and possess dependable transportation (valid driver's license or valid ID). Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued.
