About the Role
The Afternoon Child Care Worker is a non-exempt, part-time position averaging 17–20 hours per week, operating Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year. This role is designed for ministry-minded individuals devoted to excellence and wholeheartedness.
As a Minister of the Gospel, you will foster youth development by leading elementary students in enrichment activities. You have the unique opportunity to have an eternal impact and serve as a role model for children in your community. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping kids reach their full potential.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be at least 17 years old and legally allowed to work in the United States. The selection process includes:
- Submission of application demonstrating alignment with our mission.
- Verification of a valid driver's license or ID and dependable transportation.
- Completion of a mandatory background and sex offender check.
- Commitment to earning CPR/First Aid certification.
