Art Instructors lead structured, creative activities for students in grades K-5 within our after-school programs. This role is designed to foster a positive learning environment where students can explore their artistic potential under the guidance of a dedicated educator.
Instructors work collaboratively with co-workers to manage classrooms of up to 20 students, ensuring a safe and engaging atmosphere. The position requires a professional approach to classroom management and student behavior, emphasizing clear, positive communication with students, colleagues, and supervisors. Instructors are responsible for maintaining classroom supplies and submitting timely written lesson plans to support the educational mission.
