The Hermès South Coast Plaza Boutique, established in 1997, is a cornerstone of the Pacific West Region, dedicated to providing extraordinary service to clients. This position operates within the After Sales Service Department, reporting to the Operations Director. The role serves as a vital liaison between clients, the sales team, selling support teams, craft shops, vendors, and the After Sales division in Paris, ensuring a seamless experience in our fast-paced, luxury environment.
The After Sales Service Supervisor is the guardian of the client's relationship with their Hermès merchandise. This role exists to analyze customer-owned items, identify repair needs, and orchestrate the entire after-sales journey—from initial consultation and cost estimation to final delivery. You will act as the bridge connecting the client with our artisans and global network, ensuring every repair is handled with the highest level of service and precision.
In this position, you will manage the intake of repairs, explaining processes, timelines, and costs to clients while maintaining the integrity of the brand's standards. Your day involves examining products, coordinating with Paris and local vendors, tracking repairs, and ensuring items are returned clean and presentable. You will also handle shipping logistics, manage quality issues, and provide coverage within the boutique as needed. This role requires a unique blend of technical product knowledge, diplomatic communication, and operational efficiency.
