About the Role

We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking Operations Managers with a passion for manufacturing and aerospace to join our team. This full-time role is designed for leaders who thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to oversee the performance of Supplier Specialist Teams (SST) and Rapid Response Teams (RRT).

In this position, you will serve as the bridge between OEM and our customers, establishing effective relationships while ensuring the team meets rigorous communication, delivery, and performance standards. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring performance KPIs, analyzing manufacturing data to drive results, and leading the team in identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. You will also play a key role in shaping the team's future through candidate recruiting, new hire training, and professional development.

Hiring Process & Requirements

This role requires extensive travel and the ability to work directly with program managers to ensure customer requirements are met. Candidates must be US citizens and possess a current, valid driver's license. All selected candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
