The Advisor Senior - FX Sales position plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Foreign Exchange (FX) Sales Desk. As a leadership role, it requires exceptional sales expertise and strategic vision to build and develop a high-performing team. The successful candidate will work closely with FX sales advisors to foster a collaborative, results-driven culture while ensuring the delivery of customized FX solutions to clients. This position serves as a senior leader and trusted partner, executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives through deep client relationships and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree or equivalent MBA

- verifiedMinimum 10 years of experience in Foreign Exchange and/or Capital Markets sales and analysis
- verifiedMinimum 8 years of experience using financial market-related software systems including Bloomberg and multi-dealer platforms

- verifiedGood understanding of ISDA/CSA, XVA, CVA and FVA
