About the Role

As a member of the Private Label Sourcing Management family, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Cardinal Health's Private Brand portfolio, specifically within the Major® Pharmaceuticals brand and the prescription generic drugs category. This position serves as a critical liaison between Cardinal Health and the Red Oak Sourcing (R.O.S.) joint venture with CVS, ensuring seamless sourcing for designated products.

Your day-to-day involves coordinating new product launches, gathering necessary supplier documentation, and managing complex sourcing activities that fall outside the R.O.S. purview. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Quality & Regulatory Assurance, Inventory Management, Operations, and Accounts Payable to maintain robust supplier relationships. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate sensitive situations, persuade stakeholders toward agreement, and deliver clear reporting on objectives.

Work Environment & Travel

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, OH. The standard schedule consists of four days working remotely from home and one day per week (Tuesday) at the Corporate Office. While technology such as video conferencing is the primary method for communication, the role requires up to 5% travel. This includes occasional face-to-face meetings with stakeholders at the Dublin headquarters, strategic partners in Boston, MA, and potential attendance at trade shows or supplier site meetings.
