Reporting to the Director of Nursing Practice and Improvement, the Advisor, Clinical Standards serves as the primary clinical resource for a portfolio of 10–15 centers. This position is dedicated to driving clinical training, safety compliance, and operational outcomes across assigned markets. The role exists to ensure that every center maintains the highest standards of patient care while navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
In this capacity, you will partner closely with Center Managers, Market Launch/Support Teams, and Operations to facilitate seamless onboarding for Medical Assistants. Your day-to-day involves traveling to various sites to conduct audits, deliver specialized skills training (including LS, ALICE, and Verbal Judo), and support site visits. You will act as a vital resource for staff, helping to identify opportunities to improve the clinical performance of back-office personnel and functions. By maintaining current knowledge of state regulations regarding nursing, medicine, and pharmacy, you will ensure that all clinical processes, policies, and procedures are strictly adhered to.
Beyond technical compliance, this role requires a high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate colleagues around a common goal. You will be responsible for creating and delivering annual clinical competency content, educating patients and staff on clinical conditions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and resilience within a matrixed organization.

BA/BS degree in Nursing (BSN) or Healthcare Administration; experience working in a community-based clinic, public health department, or specialization with the senior population; mentorship and team-development experience across multiple functional areas; knowledge of adult learning strategies; proficiency in Spanish or other languages spoken by people in the communities served.
