About the Role

This position is designed for a driven, strategic sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping businesses grow. You will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while partnering with existing clients to optimize their digital advertising strategies.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with a high-performing, collaborative team to strategize, grow, and manage your book of business. Your day-to-day involves building lasting client partnerships and prospecting new opportunities, whether in the office or out in the field. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in leveraging digital and cross-platform campaigns to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and achieve their business goals. By championing Cox Media's advertising solutions, you will educate clients on how data-driven strategies can elevate their brands and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • verified6 years' experience in a related field in lieu of a degree
  • verifiedBachelor's degree and 2 years' experience in a related field
  • verifiedMaster's degree and up to 2 years' experience
  • verifiedValid driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation
  • verifiedAuthorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • verifiedGoogle Ads certification (preferred)

Nice to Have

Expertise in prospecting new business and nurturing existing client relationships through consultative selling and deep digital marketing expertise. Demonstrated success in developing strategic advertising solutions informed by a deep understanding of the evolving digital and media landscape. Proven experience selling multi-platform digital advertising and media solutions. Industry certifications and/or Google Ads certification (formerly AdWords). Comfort with hybrid work (3 in-office collaboration days per week).
