As a Systems Engineer in the Crypto and Cross Domain Solutions group, you will be a vital member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing next-generation cryptography. This role is designed for a creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to solve complex challenges.
You will lead the systems development life cycle, utilizing strong proficiency in requirements management and system modeling tools. Your work will involve identifying opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation. Success in this position requires a collaborative spirit; you will provide technical leadership, position others for success, and possess strong presentation and communication skills. You will be expected to negotiate effectively, meeting challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions while committing to the ongoing professional development of yourself and your peers.
This position is fully onsite at our Scottsdale, Arizona campus. We offer a flexible schedule option, including a 9/80 schedule where employees may take every other Friday off, if desired. Due to the nature of the work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at the time of hire. Selected applicants will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
