The Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management is a leadership position within our Go-to-Market Division. This role sits at the intersection of assessment strategy and client success, supporting the development and administration of large-scale assessment programs for our clients. You will work closely with internal departments to design and implement assessment products and services, serving as a vital bridge between Pearson's professional standards and the unique needs of state education agencies and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign and implement large-scale assessment products and services for assigned programs
- check_circleManage components of assessment activities including development, administration, and scoring
- check_circleOversee the development of processes, procedures, and schedules to meet project deliverables
- check_circleProvide quality control for all products, processes, and project activities
- check_circleCultivate and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with state education agency representatives
- check_circleServe as an advisor to clients on the design and implementation of assessment solutions
- check_circleManage client expectations and maintain ongoing communications to obtain feedback
- check_circleProvide regular program status updates and review planning with leadership and colleagues
- check_circleParticipate in the development of proposals, contract amendments, and statements of work
- check_circleDevelop work plans and apply best practices in assessment development and administration
- check_circleRepresent client and corporate perspectives in decision-making processes
Requirements

- verified3 years of experience in educational testing and assessment industry

Nice to Have
Experience in management in an area related to large-scale testing, preferably in certification and licensing. 3 years of experience in the educational testing and assessment industry.
