About the Role

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our collegial Endocrinology department in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This is a 100% outpatient clinic setting, uniquely embedded within the hospital campus. While physicians at the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic are employed by the independent clinic group, Advanced Practice Providers are directly employed by SSM Health, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered care environment.

This role is designed for work/life harmony. You will work Monday through Friday during clinic hours with admin time built into your template. There are no nights, weekends, holidays, or call requirements. You will be supported by patient-focused staff, including six dedicated Diabetes Educators. New graduates with a background in diabetes or weight management are welcome to apply.
