We are welcoming Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologists to our Joint Commission-accredited LVAD program within a widely respected, high-volume cardiology group. Set in beautiful South Carolina, this opportunity offers subspecialty collaboration, research support, and a strong referral base all within a mission-driven, academic health system.

Our network includes 190+ cardiology providers across 24 sites, enabling unmatched subspecialty collaboration and a built-in volume with robust regional referrals. The program features a faculty appointment and access to over 85 clinical trials, a busy amyloid program, and Epic with AI integration. We are a nationally recognized LVAD program with exceptional volume and outcomes.

Choose from two distinct locations to match your clinical focus:

Greenville, SC

Focus on Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM), and ATTR-CM. This location does not handle LVAD or transplant cases. You will join a practice of 40 cardiologists where a shared patient model allows for immediate integration. The site handles approximately 40 ECMO cases per year.

Columbia, SC

Focus on LVAD (50+ cases this year), transplant preparation, and post-transplant care. Work at South Carolina's only freestanding Heart & Vascular Institute alongside an established Heart Failure clinic. The site handles 30 ECMO cases per year, with a transplant program launching in over three years.
