Lovelace Medical Group is seeking a skilled BE/BC Endocrinologist to join a collegial, employed team in sunny Albuquerque, New Mexico. Whether you are a seasoned provider or a recent graduate, you will thrive in a supportive environment with mentorship from experienced physicians. The group provides a collaborative setting with access to a broad network of expert specialists, ranging from Cardiology and Oncology to advanced Surgical care, to enhance and support your practice.
About the Role
This is an outpatient position within an established team of three physicians, one NP, and experienced support staff. The role focuses on general endocrinology with no hospital rounding required. Providers can expect a patient load of 20-22 per day, supported by onsite lab and imaging services. The schedule includes clinic call only 7 days per month (including one weekend) and 4 hours of administrative time weekly.
To maximize efficiency, the team utilizes Smart Technology, including the Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology. These tools automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding, allowing providers to see more patients without extending their day.
