About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer (Customer Engineer) at Applied Materials, you serve as the direct liaison with our customers. You will collaborate closely onsite to install, maintain, and upgrade our equipment, while working with internal teams to improve business processes. Your role is to quickly solve high-value problems on behalf of our customers, ensuring peak performance and delivering exceptional service. By using digital analytics for troubleshooting and applying diagnostic techniques, you will become an integral part of Applied Materials' diverse and dynamic field team.
