This position provides leadership, supervision, and administrative oversight for Waupaca County's Senior Nutrition and Health Promotion programs. The role exists to ensure services are effectively delivered in alignment with federal, state, and local requirements, supporting older adults to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their communities.
The incumbent will oversee the daily operations of the Senior Nutrition Program (including Bistro 60, Home Delivered Meals, and Congregate Dining) and Health Promotion initiatives. This includes managing the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program, coordinating the Aging Plan, and leading the Nutrition Advisory Council. The role serves as a vital link between the Aging & Disability Resource Unit, community partners, and the older adult population, fostering a collaborative environment that drives program growth and sustainability.
The position reports to the Aging & Disability Resource Unit Manager and works closely with ADRC and DHS staff, community partners, and contracted providers. The role engages daily with older adults, caregivers, and the general public, requiring strong professional judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Experience in aging services, public health, or human services. Direct experience working with older adults and/or individuals with disabilities. Experience in nutrition services, food service management, and health promotion programming. Registered Dietitian (RD), Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR), or similar credential.
