National Heritage Academies (NHA) partners with communities to build and operate public charter schools. Founded in 1995, NHA serves over 100 schools in nine states, educating more than 65,000 students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Our mission is to eliminate the achievement gap and provide school choice so families can prepare their children for success in college, career, and life. Our schools consistently outperform local districts on state tests, and NHA is recognized by the Center for Research on Education Outcomes at Stanford University as a leading performer among charter schools and management organizations. According to our employee surveys, over 90% of respondents agree that their work is meaningful.
The Admissions Representative serves as the bridge between our schools and the local community, blending field marketing with strategic recruitment. This role is designed to foster awareness and consideration among parents while driving the enrollment of new families. You will allocate your time between the school campus and the broader community, leading the development of marketing strategies that engage families through community events, school tours, on-site activities, and social media management.
In this position, you will act as the main point of contact for prospective families, extending invitations to events and providing expert guidance on how NHA solutions align with parents' educational preferences. Success in this role requires a heavy reliance on data; you will utilize CRM tools, population mapping, and other data sources to document activities, guide strategic planning, and make informed decisions. Your day-to-day involves cultivating strong relationships with community partners and parent groups, capitalizing on internal pipelines to recruit siblings, and implementing monthly engagement strategies to minimize attrition.
