As an Adjunct Instructor, you will serve as a vital member of the instructional team, responsible for delivering high-quality education and fostering student success. This role focuses on teaching graduate-level courses, developing comprehensive instructional materials, and guiding students toward their academic and professional goals.
You will be expected to create and maintain course syllabi, assignments, and handouts while ensuring the academic integrity of the university. A key part of your mission is to support diverse student learning outcomes by tailoring your approach to the unique needs and abilities of each student. This includes familiarizing yourself with available academic and social support systems to ensure every student has the resources they need to thrive.
Beyond the classroom, you will maintain accurate and prompt records of student data and remain available to assist students in achieving their learning objectives. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal competency, professionalism, and the ability to build cooperative relationships with students, faculty, and colleagues.
