About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Adhesion & Laser Process Lab Engineer to join our advanced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining precision adhesive joint systems and laser processing operations within a state-of-the-art lab environment. You will work at the intersection of materials science, process engineering, and manufacturing innovation, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to drive process excellence.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role that requires strong experimental design skills, clear communication with leadership, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities. You will thrive in an environment that demands both scientific rigor and hands-on problem solving, working with required PPE to ensure safety while pushing the boundaries of adhesive process technologies.

Requirements
- verified3-5+ years relevant experience with precision adhesive processes

- verifiedFamiliarity with operating and programming dispense tools
- verifiedProficiency in CAD (NX, Catia, Solidworks)
