Lee Health is one of Florida's largest and most respected not-for-profit health systems, proudly ranked among the top 25% of hospitals nationwide. Our Rehabilitation Services team is one of the largest and most dynamic in the region, comprised of over 700 skilled professionals dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. We work closely with medical teams across four acute care hospitals to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Beyond core therapy services, our team offers a variety of specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation. We deliver exceptional, evidence-based care that restores function and enhances quality of life in settings ranging from acute care and skilled nursing to home health and outpatient facilities.
Our four Adult Acute Care Hospitals—Cape Coral Hospital, Gulf Coast Medical Center, Healthpark Medical Center, and Lee Memorial Hospital—each offer distinct clinical environments. From the high-acuity trauma and stroke care at Gulf Coast Medical Center to the comprehensive medical-surgical populations at Cape Coral, our teams maintain strong interdisciplinary collaboration, mentorship cultures, and opportunities for student supervision. We are actively advancing processes to improve early Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) access for patients, supporting timely evaluation and care planning across the system.
