Our Rehabilitation Services team is one of the largest and most dynamic in the region, with over 700 skilled professionals dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists work closely with medical teams to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Beyond core therapy services, we offer a variety of specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation.
We operate across acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings, delivering exceptional, evidence-based care that restores function and enhances quality of life. As a Speech Language Pathologist at Lee Health, you will join a supportive, team-oriented environment where you can truly make a difference. You will provide screening, evaluation, treatment, and education for patients with impairments of speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and/or swallowing. This role involves adherence to ASHA professional standards and engagement in administration, consultation, education, and research.

Whether in our high-acuity ICU environments or our medical-surgical units, you will have the opportunity to utilize advanced instrumental swallow studies and participate in innovative initiatives like the Early Activity Program and Animal-Assisted Therapy.
