Join us as a Program Assistant to enhance the well-being of our Continuing Care residents through physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, and emotional activities. In this role, you will work closely with the Programming team to tailor therapeutic and recreational activities to the unique needs and interests of our residents.
You will be the face of our programming, facilitating structured and impromptu programs in common areas and resident rooms. Your day will involve leading group and individual activities, escorting residents on group trips and excursions, and collaborating with management and volunteers to ensure every moment is engaging. You will also monitor changes in residents' needs and preferences, reporting them to the Programming Manager to ensure care remains personalized and effective.
