About the Role
In this position, you will develop individualized behavior and academic plans for identified students. You will collaborate with classroom teachers and reading specialists to create and execute intervention plans. Additionally, you will implement the responsible thinking process to encourage students to proactively make college-bound choices through daily encouragers, community builders, and progress monitors.
